Mulberry House, or Dut Evi as it is in Turkish, is the perfect place to go on holiday and experience traditional Turkish life. Situated in a quiet village, it is a short distance to the small, bustling, riverside town of Dalyan with bars, restaurants and shops.
Mulberry House is tucked away in a unique and beautiful conservation area of Turkey. Within a very short distance you can experience a wide range of terrain. From the river, the sea,the lake and the mountains to the lush green valleys. Dalyan is a pretty and level walk or a bike ride away.

Mulberry House is a new Turkish house. It has been built to be lived in all year round. Based on the traditional Turkish design of a one-storey building it has 2 bedrooms (sleeping 4, one double, one with 2 single beds) leading onto a central 'salon'. It is possible to sleep an extra 2 people in the salon if required.
It is available all year round!
Winter flights now make it possible to visit Dalyan easily all year.
Mulberry house has two bathrooms (one is en-suite) and both have showers. The 'salon' includes the kitchen area and a traditional Turkish corner.
